Extra peace of mind for your computer.
Andy’s PC Care includes everything in the Before You Click Membership, plus ongoing computer monitoring and remote support.
With your permission, I install a small management program on your computer that allows me to monitor its health, identify common problems, and securely provide remote assistance when you need help.
PC Care Includes
- Everything included with Before You Click
- 24/7 computer health monitoring
- Windows update and patch monitoring
- Antivirus and security status monitoring
- Alerts when your computer needs attention
- Remote assistance when appropriate
- Basic maintenance and minor remote fixes
- Priority scheduling
- House-call/travel fee waived – standard labor rates still apply for in-home service.
- 10% off additional labor
What Does “Monitoring” Mean?
I don’t watch what you do on your computer or look through your personal files.
The monitoring software checks technical information such as your computer’s health, Windows updates, security status, available storage, and other conditions that may indicate a problem.
If I see something that needs attention, I can contact you before a small problem becomes a bigger one.
What’s Not Included?
PC Care is not unlimited computer repair. Major repairs, malware cleanup, hardware replacement, data recovery, extended troubleshooting, parts, and in-home labor may have an additional charge.
I’ll always discuss any additional cost with you before doing the work.
$15.99/month per computer — cancel anytime.
Service Rates
I believe in honest, simple pricing. You’ll always know what to expect before any work begins.
In-Home Service
$50 House Call
The house call fee covers travel to your home, scheduling your appointment, and bringing the tools needed to diagnose and solve your technology problem.
$75 Per Hour
Labor is billed at $75 per hour with a one-hour minimum for on-site service.
After the first hour, additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Parts & Equipment
If your repair requires new hardware, cables, accessories, or replacement parts, they are billed at:
My Cost + 20%
I’ll always recommend the most practical solution, not the most expensive one.
If your current equipment can be repaired instead of replaced, I’ll tell you.
Senior Discount
20% Off for Seniors 65+
Seniors 65 and older get 20% off the house call fee and labor:
- House call: $40 (regularly $50)
- Labor: $60 per hour (regularly $75)
The same one-hour minimum and 15-minute billing apply. Parts and equipment are still billed at my cost + 20%.
Senior discounts can’t be combined with membership discounts. You’ll always get whichever saves you more.

My Promise
I’ll always give you honest advice.
If your computer doesn’t need replacing, I’ll tell you.
If you don’t need a more expensive Internet plan, I’ll tell you.
If something is a scam, I’ll explain why.
If I don’t know the answer, I’ll tell you that too.
My goal isn’t to sell you something.
My goal is to help you make the right decision.
Why I Started Andy’s Tech Help
I started Andy’s Tech Help because I got tired of seeing people, especially older adults, taken advantage of by confusing technology, unnecessary services, and sales tactics that weren’t always in their best interest.
Over the years, I’ve seen people paying for services they didn’t need, buying expensive equipment when a simple repair would have solved the problem, and falling victim to scams that were designed to look legitimate.
How is someone supposed to know the difference?
Technology changes every day. Most people don’t spend their time researching internet plans, computers, streaming devices, or the latest scams. They shouldn’t have to.
That’s where I come in.
My goal isn’t just to fix computers. It’s to help people make informed decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and feel confident using the technology they already own.
If I can save someone money, I’ll tell you.
If your computer doesn’t need to be replaced, I’ll tell you.
If I think a company is selling you something you don’t actually need, I’ll tell you that too.
I believe everyone deserves honest advice from someone they can trust.
That’s why I created Before You Click.
Before you buy.
Before you sign.
Before you click.
Just ask me.
