- Send a request. Tell me what’s going on in your own words. No technical terms needed.
- I come to you. At home or at your senior living community.
- I fix it and show you how. You get easy instructions written in large print to keep by the TV or phone.
- Reach out if it acts up again. Just send another request and mention your last visit.

For Families
Live far away? Tired of troubleshooting over the phone? You can book a visit for your parent or grandparent and pay for it yourself. I’ll make sure everything works, explain it to them patiently, and send you a short note on what I did.
For Senior Living Communities
I work with assisted living facilities, retirement communities, and nursing homes to help residents with their TVs and devices. Options include:
- Scheduled “tech help days” where residents can sign up for a time slot
- Setting up TVs in resident rooms or common areas (always with staff approval)
- Group sessions on video calls, scam awareness, or using a smartphone

Why I Do This
Technology is supposed to make life easier, but for a lot of people it’s done the opposite. TVs that used to just turn on now need apps, logins, and updates. Phones change every few months. And too often the answer is “just ask your grandkids,” who may live hours away.
I started offering senior help because nobody should feel shut out of their own TV, or cut off from family because a video call won’t connect. I take my time, I explain things in plain English, and I never make anyone feel silly for asking. If you’re stuck, I’m happy to help.
